Howard Kelly is an emerging leader in custom architecture. He has worked for over ten years developing world-class homes in a variety of locales.

During Howard’s nine years with Brooks & Falotico Associates in New Canaan, CT, he personally served over twenty major clients on their projects. He managed all aspects of the architectural and interior design process, from initial sketches through the end of construction, often beyond move-in. He collaborated with renowned interior designers, landscape architects, audio-visual experts, woodworkers and artisans, and countless other talented professionals to achieve great success for his clients.

Howard is a cheerful, confident project leader who loves to keep the entire team engaged and excited. A true success is to have everyone smiling after a long and often complicated process—and Howard is known for his distinct ability to both keep the energy lively and stay on target for the highest level of finished product.

Howard received a professional degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated summa cum laude and was valedictorian of his class. Notre Dame’s program is in the Beaux Arts tradition, and focused on hand drawing, sketching, and watercolor rendering. These skills are invaluable, especially in a digital world. Howard’s program included a year in Rome, Italy, where the great architects and urban designers of history make for outstanding teachers.

Howard continues to serve Notre Dame as a volunteer for the local alumni club, for which he spent three-year terms as Vice President and then President. He now volunteers at local college fairs.

Outside of work, Howard’s loves are his rescue dog Rudy, running 10Ks and half marathons, comedy, and world travel. His most recent trips were to Japan and New Zealand. He can often be found daydreaming about his next big destination.
